I may be on vacation, but that didn’t stop me from checking ou the Joe Fresh Spring 2012 collection this morning.
The large maxi skirts are not really my thing, but the solid colours and platforms have won me over.
I heard through the Twitter grapevine that the show at LG Fashion week only let about 10 GA pass holders in (not including my new blogger friend Lot Sixty Five)… I would have been heartbroken!
What do you think? Will you be making the trip to Montreal/Halifax/Toronto for the Runway Looks?
1, 7, 8, and 10. 1: I’m enjoying that huge skirt. I don’t know if that’s what a maxi skirt is, but in this application I like it. 7&8: I’m nothing if not predictable. These look like looks I would like. What a fun sentence to say. I like the contrast of the colour and of the fit of the different elements. 10: a look that only looks good on the runway. Very few people actually have legs like that (even with platforms). I still like it.
I wouldn’t consider a roadtrip out of the question come spring! I watched the livefeed on Wednesday evening and was loving a lot of things, raised an eyebrow at some- but I supposed as a designer, you gotta throw a few quirky things on the runway now and then! haha. My favs were the seafoam and kelly green bottoms, as well as the orange blazer!
