2005 was a big year for me! I was living in Fredericton and spending every waking hour at the Cellar Pub at the University or the Capital Bar downtown. I saw so many amazing bands… The Meligrove Band, Sylvie, the Joel Plaskett Emergency, Moneen, Contrived… This week is truly going to be a blast from the past.

Wednesday night, Wintersleep is playing at Legacy Nightclub on Water Street. The cover is $25 (well worth it) and the show starts around 11pm. Click here for the Facebook event. You should come!

Friday evening, Andrew Sisk is in town supporting his new album Treelines. He’ll be playing at Backstreet Records on Germain Street around 6pm. The show is free, but space (this time of year) will be very limited. Here is a link to the Facebook event.
Later that night, Ermine will be playing for the first time since 2007 at Peppers Pub. Opening for them is a band from Fredericton called On Vinyl. Again: Facebook invite!
Saturday night, The Tom Fun Orchestra is in town from Sydney, Nova Scotia. They’re playing Peppers Pub as well.
Can’t wait! Let me know if you’re interested in attending any or all of these shows with me! I love dates!
xo!

So much fun. THEN it’s Shivering Songs. Music win.
Another teacher I work with LOVES Wintersleep!! She has tickets for the Saint John show, but can’t make it. She’s looking for tickets for the Moncton show (Friday night). If you know of any one who has any let me know.
Andrew Sisk = Total babe
What a fantastic month for music in Saint John.
